Hello and welcome. I’m Carly Coren, an Accredited Counsellor (MBACP Accred) offering counselling and therapy to individuals in and around Pinner, Northwood, Ruislip and Eastcote. I provide both face-to-face and Zoom sessions, creating a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, fertility or motherhood struggles, or the pressures of everyday life. I also have specialist training and extensive experience in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, helping clients rebuild a sense of safety, trust and identity.
You may be going through a life transition, feeling stuck, or carrying pain from the past. Whatever you're facing, therapy can offer space for reflection, healing, and growth. From my own journey, I know how powerful it can be to explore your inner world with someone alongside you - someone who is on your side.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, shaped around your individual needs. We’ll work together in a way that feels right for you.
