I am a qualified counsellor who is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the BACP’s code of ethics. I trained at The Minster Centre in London (accredited by Middlesex University) for 4 years.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, working in an integrative way, which means I am not confined to one school of counselling. I like to work creatively offering helpful tools from various respected theories.
I am committed to continual personal development and attend regular workshops. This helps keep me up to date with advances in the field and continually expand my skills.
In conjunction with my private practice I also work at Alternative Watford, a pregnancy crisis centre (counselling women who are facing pregnancy-related challenges).
I am someone who is committed to helping clients reach their goals at their own pace and comfort level. I find it extremely fulfilling to help guide people through personal challenges, help ease emotional burdens and empower people to achieve a healthier mind.
